Browsing
At the top of each section are three buttons used for navigation on the selected tab.
The button with the left facing arrowhead loads the item that comes before the currently selected item.
The right facing arrowheads loads the next item that comes after the currently selected item.
The button labeled "Browse.." brings up the filter list which will give you options to drill down to a particular item for that tab.
